There is a possibility of supplementary negotiation for provision of the entire furnishings. The support and technical personnel will take care of everything. The area of the complex is fenced and secured all year long.
Maintenance of the complex (compulsory):
EUROHOLIDAYS will offer complete maintenance of the buildings and the surrounding areas. The annual maintenance charge is 9 Euro per sq.m. on the property owned, VAT included, and will cover the maintenance and upkeep of the complex and all its facilities, bills for water and electricity for the communal areas (corridors at the block). This charge is compulsory for all owners of properties at Barcelo Primorsko Beach.
Services, offered to the residents of the complex and included in the expenditures, are:
Using the swimming pool, technical maintenance of the pool;
Ordering of taxis;
Booking of plane tickets;
Administrative consultations;
Joining excursions;

Lay out and maintenance of the green areas;

Reservation of Apartments
Any apartment in the Barcelo Primorsko Beach complex can be reserved immediately with a non-refundable deposit of 1000 Euros paid into the developers bank account by credit card or bank transfer. The reservation deposit will hold the property for maximum 30 days when the preliminary contract will be signed.
Payment Plan
1000 Euro reservation deposit, non-refundable.
50 % first installment minus the deposit when signing the preliminary contract some 30 days after the deposit is paid
50 % second installment on transferring the title deeds (not later than the end of July 2008)

A 70 % mortgage in EURO currency from a leading Bulgarian bank is available for buyers who are residents of any country of the EU, the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. The mortgage will cover 70 % of the apartment price and is for a maximum for 20 years. The annual interest rate is approx. 6.70 % at the moment. The interest rate is variable and changes according to the central interest rate of the Bulgarian National Bank. The buyer must cover 30 % of the apartment price with their own funds. Buyers who apply for a mortgage must provide the required documents and proof of income. Only buyers who are able to repay their loan will qualify for a mortgage. The most important requirement is that the monthly ratio of INCOME:DEBT is set at a minimum 60:40 (ie: a mortgage advance will be based on 1.5 x net income). Prices are final. On top of this price you will also need to pay the Notary fees, stamp duty and local tax (approx. 3 - 4 % on the price shown on the Title Deeds).
Every owner of property in Bulgaria pays an annual property tax and local communal tax the amount of which depends on the size of the property.
