To optimize water consumption and recycling, the latest technologies have been employed for the design of the watering and drainage systems - and for the use of the optimum breeds of grass in accordance with current agricultural research findings. The state-of-the-art clubhouse will offer an extensive range of facilities including professional tuition, pro shop, restaurant, bar and secure locker rooms. while the Lighthouse Golf School will comprise: practice ground, putting green, bunker area and pitch n putt with programmes for players of all ages, levels and handicaps.

5000 reservation deposit (non-refundable if you decide not to purchase), deducted from the last instalment
90 % second instalment at signing the Preliminary Contract (within 14 days from reservation)
10 % final payment on signing of title deed
For the purchase of houses with private garden areas, Buyers will need to register a company - BulgarianProperties will provide full advice and assistance in this procedure.

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
Constantly updated. Prices are final, inclusive of VAT. The full price paid is written in the title deeds. Additional costs for notary fees, local tax and stamp duty are approximately 4% on top of the purchase price. Business registration costs of 600 euro will also apply for the purchase of houses with private gardens. There are no other hidden costs.
